A PLACE WHERE YOU GET TREATED LIKE ******* NEDBANK TAKES THE CUP 5 STAR TO THEM

it is SAD how nedbank staff members are treating customers and every time when i call the legal department they are RUDE, UNFRIENDLY and UNPROFESSIONAL today i went through the same experience with Natasha Browne and worse her manager Reyaaz Dadamin promised to call me back but hasnt promised. i dont think they know the nedbank values and the most important one is PEOPLE CENTERED let me not go to RESPECT. Nedbank needs to take their client servicing staff members for a whole lot of customer service training PERIOD!!! JUST BECAUSE MY CARD IS IS LEGAL DOES NOT MEAN THAT I MUST BE TREATED LIKE *******
