A pathetic response after 3 weeks on our email from private banking

You are only supported by private banking and probably the bank as a whole if you are making more debt, if you need assistance from them, you can forget it. Do not fall for the extra fees for private banking, it is not worth it at all. After waiting 3 weeks for a response on an email, they did not even bother to provide a professional response. I have escalated it to the National Credit Regulator and hoping that they will be effective. Consumers are taken for a ride, especially by banks and I am shocked that Nedbank is one of them.
