A Nedbank Star
I was another victim of ******* debit orders going through my account.This morning I phoned LOBRASHNEE,a consultant at the bank.Not only did she reverse the entries in double quick time,but she had without the friendliest telephone manner I have experienced for a very long time.I would suggest the bank rewards her,and uses her as an example for all of their staff.A very rare and pleasant experience.
