A month for documents to understand why insurance on loan doesn't go down!

I have had a Nedbank Personal Loan since 2014, first I had to fight to get statements as despite having to show proof of address when applying for the loan, they still sent it to my previous address in East London that I have not lived at for 7 years. Now I have noticed that my credit insurance is a set amount regardless of the balance decreasing - even with my car, the insurance premiums come down as the value does! I have requested the insurance documents from Merrilyn Peters and was promised them on 13 April 2016 but still nothing. I want a copy of that poilcy aswell as explanation why my credit insurance does not decrease as the balance does??? It is currently R109,50 a month.
