A major bank?

<p>I app**** for a home loan and was offered a 90% loan. The reason im putting my complaint here is that the nedbank call center is unable to provide me with a reason as to why this is the case! The loan to income ratio is just over 20%. How is it possible that i could only get a 90% loan? Im sure that Nedbank will be more than happy to give us a 10% personal loan at 3 or 4 times the interest? Why not add that on the home loan? We own a property that we bought in 2009 and ITS PAID OFF! Doesnt that atleast count for something?</p>
