A loyal Customer to Nedbank through and through!!!!!!

I joined Nedgroup Insurance Company Limited in February 2024, and honestly haven't regretted it for a moment . They have come through for me multiple times, and their serivice has consistently been prompt, caring and truly reliable.

one incident that really showed me the quality of their service was late at night, around 9p.m., when I had flat tyre. I called Nedbank Car Insurance, and they responded almost immediately. They didn't just assist, they checked if I was safe, asked if I needed police and made sure I was okay. That level of care really meant a lot.

There was also another time when my car keys were locked in the boot. I called them, and once again they arrived quickly, opened the book, and handed me my keys, no hassle, no hesitation, just smooth and efficient help.

Nedbank Insurance has truly proven themselves to be depandable and customer focused. Their prompt service and genuine concern for their clients safety deserve recognition.

Unfortunately, I cannot say the say positive things about Nedbank's banking services. I have been waiting for my debit card for more than three months now. After I was a victim of online *****, my card was cncelled for security reasons. Nedbank assured me that they would send a replacement debit card. Instead, they sent me the exact same American Express Card I already had - the one that wasn't cancelled and that I was still using. I have reched out to Nedbank telephonically a numerous times, to this day, I am still waiting for the actual debit card. When I call I get transferred from pillar to post without being actually assisted at the end. The delays, repeated mistakes, and lack of follow through have been extremely frustrating!

I really hope this can be resolved as soon as possible, because this experience has been very disappoint.

Nedbank is the only financial service provider I have ever known. Since varsity days, I've banked with Nedbank and now that I am working I still bank with them. Even my vehicle finance is MFC. I have always trusted and supported Nedbank, I really need the bank to come through for me once again.
