A HORRIBLE BANK NEDBANK

I'm very disgusted by they way I was treated on the 25th of Feb money was taken out of my account from some company I don't know. a whole R2000 till to date there is no clarity of how ill get that money back. I have been told I have to pay for a lawyers at Nedbank legal and to change my account. I have done all that. I would understand if I agreed with company that they should deduct such money's from my account but I don't know them I was ****med and now for this month my finances are not ok I don't know how I will cope this is very stressful. The bank tellers are not helpful I need a manger please this is too much. I even want to change banks other people say banks are not like this.
