A disgrace - competing with goverment sevices for poor service awards...

As an otherwise loyal customer, this is now going way too far.

An app that does not work, *********** staff and inability to get basic services.

And as I am blocked to get through to someone who knows what to do, I have to use public platforms to get service - what a disgrace!

And it is for a basic request!!!!!!
