A complain which is not addressed.

I am paying for a loan which I don't know about.Nedbank is threatening not to take my assets,but to take my property.I did speak with the Ombudsman and he couldn't find a solution.What breaks my heart is that I am paying for a loan I know not of.When I ask for the my loan contract that they never gave me the time I app****,they give me a contract of 2012,which they say I made another loan which I know nothing about.I have all my proof that state that I have finished paying. My contract at work is ending now in December and I am really in need of help So I am asking if ain't there any solution in this world that can solve this problem i am facing.
