A Company testiment to its negative comments

This company is testiment to every negative comment I've read about it. They promise service and assistance but all you get is regret for even consulting with them. Don't ever ask for a loan from them, because even though you qualify, theyll ignore you as a way to tell you they won't assist. You cannot get hold of the initial person who assists you if you call in. They will always take your cell number and tell you thwy will contact you, but they never. I have been calling for Edna who was suppose to assist me for the longest time, at least 8 times. She's always busy when you call help desk, she never calls back, never answers the phone. She hasn't even responded to my emails. Her colleagues will always lie and say they will make sure she calls back. Why waste our time as customers.

Some companies should just shut down, they waste our time, effort and funds.
