A call centre CAN be professional and helpfull!!!
In an era were the professional standard of help-lines is at a low, the people at MFC proves the contrary.<br> <br> For the second time help was friendly and the person on the other side understood what I was asking.<br> <br> Personnel spoke clearly and professionaly.<br> <br> Robyne stayed on the line ensuring I receive the information I'm looking for via e-mail.<br> <br> Thanks guys.<br> <br>
