A bright light in Banking

We encountered Ikhopoloeng at nedbank when we opened and account in preparation for a bond that we so regret now placing instead with Standard Bank because they gave us a better rate. He was so helpful and was quickly moved to Private banking and we were happy to follow him. His cheerful and healpful demeanor are a pleasure and well worth the fees we pay to be able to deal with him.

In an environment where its so easy to make people happy because there's so much incompetance arround - our Private Banker is an absolute pleasure to deal with - even when he cant give us good news, his delivery is flawless.
