A bank that takes money from your account without permission

I have a Nedbank personal loan and I have payment arrangements done on it for R1500.00.

For unknown reason that they only know...they felt to take R2243.00 on my account today.

I want my money back today. Not tomorrow, not in 4 days time. Today. You took it today and I want it today.

If you know how to take it, you know how to bring it back today.

I called the Nedbank contact centre this morning and I spoke to a lady who tells me that my Personal loan is in arrears. What a shocker?. As if this is new flash to me.

She can pretty much see that it is in arrangement status so why she is telling me obvious things. That gives Nedbank no permission to debit my account without my consent and she does not even tell me why it was done.

I honor my arrangement every month. Give me my money back Today.

I want an apology for that.
