My mother’s card was replaced we don’t know how her grant money all gone this morning. She then went to the branch only to be told to go back home she will be contacted after 4 weeks really what will she be eating all this time. She was told her card was replaced at New castle how did that happen how was her I.D number used Nedbank we need answers. She was given a case number only. People should be careful Nedbank is becoming something else.
