92 Thousand disappeared into thin air

Nedbank my little have been going up and down from Monday with no resolution and we tired of the bull**** service that you giving him.

am loosing it and ran out of patience with the bull**** service im recieving from Nedbank,this thing is been going on for so long with no resolution.

My 92 thousand disappeared on my account on Monday for no reason,i called the call centre was advised that it will reverse bank the next day.Yesterday went to the branch and i was told it will reverse back today and nothing like that happened and today went to the branch again in kempton park and now they telling me a different story they don't know what happened and they unable to trace it.what bull**** is that?spoke to the online agent on my app and they requested the proof of payment of the money even provided that to the branch.im really loosing it right now cause i have things to do and now you are delaying me with my money.How can money just disappear in my account just like that?.I need this resolved today not within 24 hours cause i have been going up and down from Monday and to get such service its like people are not willing to do their job or they are just not competent
