8 passwords for 1 app

Nedbank money app requires 8 different types of information to login. It's absolutely unacceptable. I spoke with several agents who were unable to assist me with the app. They told me I must go to a branch which I am unable to do because of work, I explained that several times. I needed to access my account urgently and was unable to do so. I will be closing this account as soon as possible due to this ridiculous service.
