7 years and still no help

I took a personal loan from nedbank and after a few months I was retrenched, however I was assured I had the cover I needed and that my loan would be paid. Now over the past nedbank try an debit an account that may at times have had cash in due to UIF and have still not cleared the account. I don't know what more I need to do.. 7 years later!!!
