7 Days for FICA clearance

It is with incredible frustration and with being given notice by my landlord because you guys decided to freeze my account due to a so-called "Fica" issue.

I'm utterly disgusted by your services and I need you to get my account active with immediate effect. I have spent more than 30 minutes in your branch to update a simple Identity Document.

I'd appreciate it if you could unfreeze my account so I can close it and be done with your lack of customer service. I also know that am just wasting data and time by sending this email, cause it will not furnish any results.
