MFC repossessed my car after I fully paid the, claiming that I'm in arrears or *** and the balance of the car was still the same *** from 2019 to 2024. The sharriff handed summons on the same day they took the car and I was left with a dept of ***. They sold the car at the auction for *** and according to the the balance was *** that I owe them and after reporting them here they removed the balance but I still need my car back or the amount of the value of the car. Also the goods that I had on the car.. Which were a laptop, caterpillar safety boots and an amount of *** that was on the car the I left that I earned from bolt since I registered my car on bolt. The sheriff came at my house at 05:30 with a white gentleman he introduced to me as a lawyer from mfc. I refused to give them the car so they waited for me to take a taxi to work and they towed the car since I could not drive it due to them blocking my drive way at home. I so hate mfc for such an embarrassment!!!!!!!!!!
