6 year (going on 7) deceased estate: NO PROGRESS

The BOE Nedbank group was assigned to the estate of my late Father in 2008. Over the years my mother, whom is the surviving spouse of the estate (they were married in community of property), has been treated in the most condescending and undermining way by the Executor admin staff. My mother has in the six years requestd finance from the estate twice, on the third request she was denied (like a child) by admin staff on the basis that they want information about an unknown property, as well as information about my late fathers bookkeeper. We feel extremely violated by this response as my mother built this estate with my father, and has every right to the investments she put in place to make use of as she wishes. As my mother struggles to stabilize her business, she is now being forced into debt unnecessarily as she id denied access to her estate due to the death of her husband. DO yourselves a favour, DO NOT appoint BOE Nedbank group executors to your estate. They will frustrate, abuse power and torment your surviving family! And racial dynamics have a lot to do with the treatment we are getting, we are an African family, need i say more.
