I app**** online for a personal loan through Nedbank and for some reason, a technical error r (as do every other system in South Africa). Reached out to agents on the digital end to no avail. They could not assist me (as always). But Teneal Booth was able to resolve my issue telephonically and funds were paid in due time! I would like to commend her for the help - truly a stellar job!
