6 month battle to get them to pay back money ********ly taken by them...and still ongoing

<p>All started in February this year when I saw a debit order of R156 went through my bank account. I went to Nedbank Waterfall Mall in Rustenburg to get it reversed. I was told it was taken off of my account by card division and it is a "technical error" which will be corrected immediately (Ref ********** 7). It never was reversed and just kept on going off every month. So, I went to see my small business banker at Rustenburg Square (Wiseman) who took all the copies of my bankstatements and reference number and promised to sort it out. A month already and no feedback or correction of the "technical error". I have been a client of Nedbank for 26 years and now I have moved all my accounts to another bank. Still the debit order goes through and out of desperation I transferred all my available funds to my new bank, just to be charged R130 for unpaid magtape item!</p>
