59 seconds to Frustration

I recently app**** for an increase on my overdraft facility(06/08/2015), and being a Bond holder, Cheque Account holder, paid up Motor finance holder, I thought that this would be a pain free exercise. Went into the branch and received online approval and completed the paperwork which was submitted and waited and waited, The following Tuesday I was informed that i needed to supply more information which I duly handed in. I made repeated calls to the contact centre and finally received some positive response and Nbjabulo was helpful and able to move the application (***) forward. I received communication from the branch that the contract was ready for signing which I did and waited for the overdraft to be loaded, and this was from the credit department. The overdraft was in the payout queue. Today(19/08/2015) I was informed that my wife would have to sign as we are married in COP.If NEDBANK want to retain customers then they need to JACK-Up their service. I am a frustrated and disgruntled customer and the easy answer to my application could have been NO.NEDBANK IF YOU WANT LOYALTY YOU SHOULD INVEST IN THE SPCA. Sick and tired of incompetence.
