I have app**** for home Loan , received rejection letter under affordability so i am made follow up as was not happy with the rejection only to discover that credit did not consider my extra income which i noted on the application form and worse credit department did not even ask me to provide the proof of extra income. After providing them with proof then consultant says rejection is something.
