5 Star Service from a 5 Star Bank

A huge thank you to Nedbank Home Loans - lengthy process with a great outcome. Moving into my new stunning property end of September. Thank you Nedbank. You came through. :) It was a very painful journey, but I do understand the banks need to protect themselves however if it had not been for Yusuf Rajah from Nedbank Client Experience I am convinced that this process would not have ended happily. Yusuf has been a constant in the last 5 years - I have been banking with Nedbank for almost 30 years, however I think that sometimes us Nedbank clients feel like Nedbank and their approvals dept are run by robots as we often do not feel like we are being treated like humans, Yusuf removes this impression and always takes the time and effort to deal with clients on a client by client basis.
