Just how long should it take for the process of returning my title deeds to commence and be completed?<br> I first sent a secure message early in February and as of today, I'm none the wiser.<br> Surely something as important as returning this documentation to the rightful owner should be treated as important and urgent. In fact, I would have expected Nedbank to have initiated the process the moment the bond was paid off.<br> I'm very disappointed in the poor service received to date.
