40 years of business means nothing to this bank

I have been a business and private client of Nedbank's for 40 years! During this time i have never felt like my business has been appreciated. They never came through for me for a bond - Absa always did, I can't get debit orders honoured for a couple of days till my client's pay and God forbid you need bridging finance. I have written to them without any response. I am in the process of opening and moving all my accounts to FNB who i have been told are miles better. Good bye Nedbank.
