At the branch I handed all docs and was requested to send birth certificate that fica still needs toi be done. After some weeks and multiple request I've sent a certified birth certificate (under 1 yea old), completed a cohabitation form, sent another proof of address. Then I was asked to provide a 'non certified birth certificate'. Today I received a call from *** to say fica is outstanding and restrictions will be app****. I need to understand what this means in writing and would much prefer to deal with a mor? professional bank<br> And cancel this application. I need contact details of a person who can communicate and that understands their job/process. Please cancel this application and verifdy that these are not prank calls I am receiving as the experience has been absurd
