4 months to date and matter has not been resolved.

We are winding up my late dads estate from April 2022. We are awaiting the requested documentation and payment from Nedbank. The attorneys have been following up with Nedbank and lodged a complainant as the request was sent more than 4 months ago. A complainant’s consultant has been assigned to the case and is currently investigating. We have requested that the consultant dealing with the matter provides us with a turnaround time for their investigation. 4 months for one action from Nedbank is unacceptable on very level.
