4 Months for sec 57 endor*****t bond still waiting

I submitted an application for a 57 Endor*****t Bond on the 1st March 2015.I sent an email to the responsible person that handled the application on the 9-6-15 enquiring if she got all the relevant information required,there were still outstanding docs and this was emailed on the 12-3-15.On the 27-03-15 she needed more information and when I sent it I asked her to check if all was in order.On the 01-04-15 more docs were sent.On 17-4-15 she came back with more information required and it was sent. I then enquired again on the progress and was told the application was pended by the endor*****t Dept.On 11-06-15 she came back the bank wanted updated payslips because the time that passed.Todate I have had no feedback on the progress you phone and you cant get hold of Nthabiseng.I never knew it takes 4 months for a bond application to be approved.Everytime I followed up they reliased they needed more info and still todate no feedback if it was approved.
