4 days for internal transfer Nedbank to Nedbank

It's a disgrace and it caused a loss in income. This also not the first time. So I will now change the beneficiary to Std Bank and pay for immediate payment. The staff in the Nigel branch leave much to be desired and I was helped after I caused a scene. My client had been to the bank 3 times previously with no success. The lady in front decided to raise her voice so I raised mine. No apology was offered even though she was wrong and I had to fight to have a beneficiary added .
