Few years I was approached by Nedbank Insurance underwritten by Auto&General for a accidental hospital plan and for some reason I took up the insurance then in 2019 I got an accident tried to claim from them but couldn’t get hold of them and then I decided to cancel the service as it was a liability to me and still I couldn’t get hold of them I’ve sent emails on and off to this day this service is still debiting.I tried to get Nedbank to cancel the service as the Creditor Name that appears is NedbankVAP but I’m being sent from pillar to post,,i came here as my last option because wow how difficult can it be to just cancel a debit order with my trusted bank I’m even thinking of changing banks you know because of this I’m hoping il get urgent feedback through this service
