32days notice that ended up being 60 days notice account

I made a notice of R5000 withdrawal from my 32days nedbank account on 22March 2016 money was supposed to be due to me on the 25April 2016 however the branch consultant made an error and wrote 2May 2016 on the system. On the 25April I went to the branch to report the matter and hoping for help but manager and the consultant who made the error told me it cannot be fixed, out of anger and disappointment I closed the account but still both the manager and the consultant told me that I will get the R5000 and the remaining balance on the 27May 2016. Because I needed the money I called nedbank customer care and sent an email reporting the matter I was assured that the matter can be resolved and they will do their best to make sure it is resolved. On the 26 April I received a call from branch manager telling me to come to the branch to sign manual forms to release the R5000 I requested and she assured me it will be in my account on 28April I waited on the 28 but money was not there to this day (03.05.2016). Today i called customer care again i was told that the same branch that helped me cancelled the R5000 withdrawal notice without my permission and placed notice of full withdrawal for the 30May2016 and still when I called the branch manager she was not really helpful instead she blamed me "for my impatience". I made the notice withdrawal on time so that i can take my car for service npw my car is accimulating more kilos and am the one whose supposed to pay the extra amount for the km. Please help me
