32 days stop order

I went to phumulani mall to ask for money from my 32days notice and I make it clear that I'm willing to pay penalties but I was told that only if I bring proof of death certificate or medical bills.So I also have a proof that I want to pay lawyers and they Refuse. So why make loan whereas I've got money? Nedbank I want my money not your loan, death or no death certificate penalty percentage is the same.
