32 Days notice account

I have a 32 days notice account with nedbank. I went in for early withdrawal and the consultants in Midrand branch said only for death cases they release the funds early. I was expecting to be informed that there is a penulty fee for early withdrawals not a complete rejection. Then I placed a notice when I got to work the next day. Now I have an emergency (ceremony) and I need the funds 2 days before they are released and I am told that I have to wait for that day. The ceremony is the reason why i saved up the money and now I cant have it to finance the ceremony.

I am very disapointed and stressed and don't even know what to do.

Very unhappy customer :-(
