32 day notice doesnt exist.

I placed a notice and was supposed to be paid out on the 28th of September and I was not paid out I called and the consultant advised that that there was an error and 2018 was selected. My uncle has cancer and has a few days left and I need to take my family to see him and that's why I placed a notice in August 2017 to go no in October 2017 and I cannot. I went online to cancel the notice to put another one and it does not allow me too. Please people rather bank with Capitec as you have excess to your funds and still get interest and best of all no in competencies to put your life on hold. Hopefully I get to see my uncle before he dies, A dying man called me to let me know his going and because of my bank I cannot see him.
