32 Day Notice
I requested a 32 day notice from my account for April 2019 and they gave a notice for 2020 and the service at the Nicolway branch was terrible

03 Apr 2019, 10:36The young lady walking around the bank so unprofessional approaches me and tells me that there is only one person at the bank who can help me with my query but she is busy and i should wait for her, as if i don't have anything to do that should sit at the bank and wait even though this was due to their incompetence. I want my money in my account on the 18th of April 2019 not 2020
