32 day investment account

I open a 32 day investment account on the Nedbank Money App. The recently on the 2nd of October i placed a withdrawal notice on the money app and on the 5th of October i went to the branch to request for an early release of the money i have already put in the notice for. First the consult told me to phone the Nedbank customer service while in the branch and the consultant on the phone informed that the early release is only done at a branch and he ask me to ask the branch to assist me. i went to the consultant in the branch and she told me that the early release for a 32 day account open on money app is only done by the online consultants as the branch consultants are unable to help with this accounts opened online. i also asked then to close my account hwich they refused to close it................. Nedbank is so *********** and it is so dissapointing to get such service at a bank............ i want out, i want to close my accounts and move on to a better bank.
