32 day early release request not actioned

I put in a request for an early release on my 32 day account on Friday 9th April and was told it will take 3 working days now a week later I'm told it has not been approved and sitting in their back office. I NEED THIS MONEY FOR MEDICATION. I mentioned this in my initial request. How can you charge me penalties for the request yet you cannot deliver on time. I want my money today and if I die it will be nedbanks fault
