3 weeks for Late estate account

<p>Went to Nedbank on the 19th of May and still awaiting the account to be opened, after I had to call Pearl who said she will call me once its approved, i had to call her, I than told her i would only be able to come on Saturday she advise she won't be there but will ask someone to assit me. After sitting branch for 1hour and half i had to leave as she asked nobody to assist. I than called her on Monday and she went on like it was my fault even asked me can we get to a point coz she has a client like I'm not a client. Tha manager tried to assit me but also no luck there, went to Absa on Saturday got it done in one day!!</p>
