3 Unauthorised debit orders and refund refused

I had an arrangement in place regarding my personal loans account since i have been unemployed for 9 months, on 23rd Nedbank takes it upon themselves to deduct R 5200 from my account without my knowledge or authorisation. When i requested a refund they declined claiming that i am working now and can pay.

How do they take it upon themselves to do this. I am about to be evicted from my home as i cant pay my rent now as Nedbank have taken the bulk of my money. If they want a better arrangement they should have called me and discussed it.

During such trying times when we can barely afford food, Nedbank would rather take the bulk of peoples money for an account that's already in Collections due to me being unemployed.

If i don't get a refund im going to be evicted. This is totally unacceptable and im being pushed from pillar to post. Im going to take this to social media, radio and the ombudsman, wherever i can get assistance as this is totally unacceptable.
