3 times debit for personal loan

I have a loan with Nedbank and I am paying 1694.47 monthly and I have requested this idiots to increase the installement to 2500 I also changed my debit date to the 25th from the 23rd guess what my account is debited on the 23rd and again on the 25th the amount of 1694.47 and 890.00 separate how and why I dont know day light ******* and banking charges I have to pay. Now i am told that I am in arreas of 14000.00 Ridiculous. Now my employer is on my case and I am about to LOOSE MY JOB because of this ******* ****** idiots,I want you to call me ASAP and you must also send me the letter requested by my employer stating that I am paying this damn account and I have increased my installement. your stupid arrears you told my about must be fixed befor I take you to court I am not going to loose my job and have my family starve bcoz Nedbank hires *********** people.I WANT YOU TO CALL ME ASAP ON *** AND i MEAN AS IN YESTERDAY.
