I honestly think I made a big mistake by joining this bank they have no care for their clients they will hunt you for business and come to our workplace to do presentations but once you become a client no one seems to know how or where to go for assistance. You apply for something they decline with no further explanation on where to fix moving forward wrong updates on their system it's just pure bad service, not a good bank to build with big regret.
