25 Min on the phone for a statement and no banking details

I had to spend 25 mins on the phone just to get my statement (then i was told it gets posted to me?) but i need it on email and apparently that is not an option. But the worst is, I requested banking details so that i can pay extra towards my loan and no one could help me? it cant be that difficult. I just need banking details to pay into for my personal loan. I desperately need assistance and if someone tells me to phone the call center again, i am going to lose my mind
