21st century

<p>I am amazed the average waiting time at Nedbank, kloof to bank a cheque is 23 minutes. Since the new system has been put in place, the waiting time has increased on all transactions. This is the 21st century in a supposedly 1st world company. Come on, surely this is not acceptable. The joke is once I complained another teller was brought on. Just for the record only 4 people were waiting in line. </p> <p>Thinking back, the last time i banked a cheque in Hillcrest. The kind gentlemen told me to fill in form and put in box. Kloof obviously has not got the facility. The lady handing out tickets was not at all friendly and was quite condescending. Generally just irritated.</p>
