200 Cashback

Nedbank has made empty promises to me since the 6th. I made a call to them enquiring about a monthly cashback benefit of 200 which I was told about by a consultant if I switched my salary over to them. I switched in January and was then I needed to atleast bank with them for 3 months to qualify. It's now 6 months and nothing has happened. I've spoken to three of their consultants and to-date no one has had the decency to contact me. I spoke to Goodlet then Jared and last one was Michael who gave me a turn around time of 24 hours on the 14th.
