200 000 Nedbank Greenbacks Dissapeared!

In December 2016 a confirmation SMS from Nedbank confirmed my balance of over 200 000 Greenbacks.
When I checked online in April this year, my balance was down to under 1400 Greenbacks.
That's a cash difference of over R5000!
I called ********** 111 and spoke to a consultant who gave me a refernece number and assured me that they would escalate the issue and that someone would get back to me within three days.
Its now ove a week and nothing has happened.
I called back and gave the reference number to another consultant who told me that they were still waiting for feedback from the Greenbacks department.
Very dissapointing, especially as this is the first time that Nedbank has let me down in thirty years of loyal patronage.

Why did Nedbank only respond to my complaint on this forum?
My two complaints via direct phone contact (20 minutes of holding on two occasions) went nowhere.

Nedbank's telephonic consultants were beyond pathetic. Two of them making the completely half-witted (clearly rote-learned) statement: "I apologise for my silence" while they put me on hold!!

I'd like to meet the *****ic trainer who came up with that idiotic and annoying attempt at reassuring the client. He deserves a job in government!

Apparently my problem has been resolved, but I dont accept that it was a problem during "a system migration" as per an email received today from one: N Govender.
There is more to this issue, and I would like a full explanation with times, dates and the names of whoever was responsible for the problem.
I certainly cannot be the only on affected by this 'glitch'???
Surely Nedbank should have made a public announcement, or at the very least an email to their clients, warning them.

All in all, a very poor show.
