20 minute wait for card collection

I went to the nedbank branch at Menlyn Maine. I was there at 08:30 because online it stated that it opened at that time. Unfortunately the branch only opened at 9, which I understood. It then took them 20 minutes to assist with my card collection. When I spoke to Mapula the service champion she didn't even look at me when I asked her what was the hold up, she didn't even respond. She simply walked away. Horrible service. The lady who gave me the card didn't even have a name badge and didn't seem bothered either. Horrible service!
