2 years later,still no help with FiCA,can’t access investment

Horrible experience we had.2 years later,my moms FICA is still not sorted.we went to 2 different branches.Hammanskraal jubilee never bothered to call us back.Alex mall branch tried thier best to assist but was never resolved.my moms almost 70 and can’t keep running from branch to branch trying to get her money back
