2 months no response

2 months no response, I called Nedbank insurance about my pipe in th kitchen, they came to take pictures & said they will contact me th next day till today I'm waiting.. The pipe has drastically damaged my cardboard which is because they didn't revert back to me.. I want them to fix. Kanti what's th point of insurance if still we must crack our heads. Bond Acc no. ***
